===Manipulate scan sequence=== Upat_list reports the baseline scan and then the percentage change of follow-up scans from the baseline scan. The order of scans in upat_list is determined from the measurement number (not the measurement date). In the case you need to manipulate the baseline and follow-up sequence, you will need to: [[Image:Bones2.jpg|20px]] Warning: Use this with caution, and as little as possible!! even if the operation is reversible. Database manipulation is sensitive after all. 1. Log in as the "calibration" user (beware which calibration account to use for the different scanners). How to proceed in the terminal: $ SPB $ @DISK1:[MICROCT]LOGIN.COM or $ @DISK1:[XTREMECT2]LOGIN.COM !! don't miss that line, otherwise you would modify the CALIBRATION databases 2. Use the following command to modify the measurement number: $ RUN DISK1:[CALIBRATION.UTIL]UCT_CORRECT_SAMPLE_FIRST.EXE !! To redefine the very first measurement in the sequence :* I do mean "First" measurement in the sequence, and not "baseline" measurement. You may have 2 baseline scans, one for radius and one for the tibia, but only one of them is the very "first in the sequence". $ RUN DISK1:[CALIBRATION.UTIL]UCT_CORRECT_MEAS_PREV_NEXT.EXE !! To redefine the follow-up sequence beyond the first measure :* The PREV_NEXT utility is a bit tricky to use, as for each measurement you will have to define its "chronological" previous and its next. It is not related to any anatomical site: one might think for example of defining the Radius follow-up sequence for example. It is not the case. The PREV_NEXT sequence will alternate between different anatomical sites, that is how it should be.
