*Weekly 
#Clean up sys$scratch directory and only keep last two week's data.
#Archive RSQ to corresponding tapes.
#*RSQ from temporary tests and non-project (not a formally established project) will NOT be archived unless specifically notified to lab personal.
#Database backup to disks.
*Monthly
#Database backup to corresponding tapes.
#Archive QC RSQ to corresponding tapes.
#Delete QC IMA and only keep last month's data.
*6-monthly
#System backup to corresponding tapes when prompted.
*Yearly
#Data Disk clean up when usage is over 90%.
#*Temporary tests and non-project RSQ and IMA data will be deleted during check up.  
#Project Disk clean up when usage is over 90%.
#Winston backups clean up.  
*Whenever requested
#Projects backup to Winston server and restoration.
#Projects archive to HOG server and restoration.

[[Image:Bones2.jpg|20px]] <b>Warning:</b> STRONGLY URGE TO DO THE WEEKLY and MONHTLY BACKUP. Two users DID experience disk crashes before, and without the weekly backup, you may still have all scans on the data disk, but without the databases you cannot tell which scans belong the which sample.
