In directory DISK2:[MICROCT]MICROCT_SETUP_USER.COM add the following line:

$ SCANCO_SUBMIT_COMMAND :== SUBMIT/NOPRINT/QUE=SYS$SLOW /NOTIFY/LOG=SYS$SCRATCH:

Then end session and log in again.
